Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Delray Beach, Florida



We are looking for talented and motivated inbound sales representatives to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Follow up swiftly by email or phone to requests from inbound leads, outbound cold calls and email campaigns, promotional events and channel partners
  • Reach out by phone to all prospectives customers (you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day) to introduce MobiWork value proposition, brand and world-class service
  • Qualify and maintain all prospects and partners information using the built-in capabilities of our MobiWork solution
  • Set-up and help perform effective online demos and consultations with the appropriate MobiWork sales executive
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with our prospects during their free trial evaluation and after they become a live customer

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls per day
  • Ability to listen and build relations with prospective customers and partners
  • Highly organized
  • Hard-working and persistent
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to continually look for ways to improve efficiencies
  • Driven, eager to succeed (there are ample opportunities to grow within the organization!)

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:


  • Outbound sales experience is a major plus but not required
  • Inbound sales experience is a major plus but not required
  • Customer service experience
  • BA/BS degree or MBA is a plus
