Sales & Marketing Specialist
Location: Delray Beach, Florida



Reporting directly to upper management, you will be responsible for a broad range of sales, marketing and administrative activities to support our fast-paced organization:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Sales Support:

  • Maintain customers, partners and projects database
  • Perform monthly customer invoicing and payments collection
  • Prepare key performance indicators and reports such as sales figures and commissions
  • Greet and assist incoming prospects, customers and partners, in person or on the telephone

Marketing Support:

  • Prepare Google analytics and PPC campaigns results
  • Manage software reviews
  • Manage emailing campaigns

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to executives as needed

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:


  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (Data Analysis)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proactive, self-directed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Continually look for ways to improve efficiencies

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:


  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service / Sales & Marketing support experience
  • Experience performing data analysis with Excel is a big plus
  • Google analytics / PPC experience is a plus
  • Marketing content generation (success stories, social media, blogs…) is a plus
